HOURS: up to10 HOURS A WEEK TO START BUT WILL GROW AS PER DEMAND.

Location : work from home. must live in union county for driving responsibilities.

What You Will Do in This Role

Remote work from home tasks include:

  • answering new customer inquiries on various platforms (Phone call, text, whatsapp, instagram, yelp)

  • scheduling appointments or guiding customers to self booking.

  • keep customers updated on repair status.

Driving tasks include:

  • device pick-up/drop off

  • inventory order pick-ups

  • other business related errands

  • 98% OF DRIVING WILL BE UNION COUNTY AND ESSEX COUNTY. 3% may be to our supplier in Wayne, NJ.

What You Will Need for This Role

  • must be organized and a self starter.

  • musT SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

  • must be able to speak to customer and vendors in a professional matter. must be able to communicate with precision to reach specific goals.

  • must enjoy helping others.

  • Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license.

  • Basic computer skills; understand social media accounts and how to access customer inquiries.

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Willing to travel periodically to support business needs.

  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WhAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

  • 15% WILL BE DRIVING WHICH IS SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. THIS WILL BE YOUR BASE HOURS.

  • 85% OF YOUR JOB WILL BE REMOTE FROM A PHONE/LAPTOP. THIS WILL VARY. SCHEDULE WILL MOST LIKELY BE 12PM TO 7PM ON CALL (Negotiable).
    WEEKENDS WILL RARELY BE REQUIRED AT FIRST BUT MAY BE REQUIRED AS THE POSITION GROWS.
